began as a government contractor in 1986. Founded by its current President & CEO Mr. Giovanni J. Olivares, MCDC gained its reputation and experience in building masa housing and relocation sites around Metro Manila. After a few years, the founder realized the potential and opportunity in developing affordable housing and went into joint ventures to sell house and lots.

Since its foundation, MCDC has continuously and consistently developed housing projects focused on affordability, quality and location.
